Desktop access from anywhere over high speed internet), system
optimizations, Internet log-on connectivity & tutoring.

of home networks (WIRED OR WIRELESS) to include troubleshooting
of routers, hubs, network cards. Network
software installation and troubleshooting (sharing PCs and

I can also provide video recording for any event or occassion.
I can provide all photo files on a CD onsite. For video services,
I can provide Video CDs that can be viewed on your TV or
computer - your choice. I can edit videos to include credits,
text overlays,
audio overlays and special effects, i.e., fade in-out, etc. My
company has extensive
computer hardware and access to the web via  to
provide professional services for digital photography, video
editing, color laser print
jobs, web design and hosting and can entertain individual
requests
for other services as needed.

am a retired Army
Chief Warrant Officer Four who specialized in automated systems
from 1979 to 1994. From
1975 through 1983, I performed a hardship tour here!
Since my retirement 15 years ago, I have been working full time
with computer systems and network troubleshooting.
From
1994-1998, I was the sole proprietor and owner of PC
Help of St Louis, Inc., a computer sales and repair
corporation in Missouri. While conducting my business, I was also
employed full time as the Director, Service Department, Biomedical
Systems Corp, Maryland Height, MO and also was the Manager,
Information Systems Department, Plaza
Motor Company, Creve Coeur, MO. I have operated my current
company since March 2004.

have NO diagnostic (estimate) fees.
My hourly rate is $65.00 (1 hour minimum),
regardless of service (For
comparison, from the  website
on hourly rates). I am available for emergency
service (5pm to 8am) for an additional charge (call me -
I'm flexible!). I provide on-site service, pickup and/or
delivery service (within
a 25 mile radius of Stagecoach) WITHOUT extra
charge.
