Bob is always there very quickly, he does his very best to find a way to get it done, so that I am never without my computer.

Bob's excellence in what he does has enabled me to have very few problems with my computer. When he completes any fix, update or any other service, it is a long time before I need to call for his help again.

His fee is more than reasonable, paid at your pace, not his.

Having worked with Bob for five years in a corporate atmosphere with a network of computers and as a sole proprietor of my own business, I can say that his professionalism is outstanding. He schedules his repairs or other work during scheduled times that works best for both him and the business. Once again he does his very best to never disrupt the operations of any business.

I have never needed a follow up visit from Bob after his completion of repairs.

I would absolutely recommend Bob’s services and have many times.

Bob responds right away and is usually able to assist with my computer needs in the same day or next.

He easily works around my availability and arrives on time.

I really appreciate that he comes to me, and is able to resolve any problems right in my home, making sure the home wireless network is functional, other home networked printers are functional, etc.

Not only does he test everything, but he teaches as well, explaining the changes he is making.

He has assisted with both our home and business (Papa Murphy franchises in Carson City) PC needs.

His pricing is very reasonable, and I would recommend his services to others.
